" The whole reason for me to start getting fit and being a better version of myself was mostly because of me getting hurt on the job far too often. The sprained ankle, shoulder to bad back all was because I didn't have the stamina and core strength I needed. " My trainer is the toughest person I know!” I said to one of my oldest friends who had seen me through many phases of my life- skinny, fit, chubby, to grossly overweight. She had told me she could see a visible difference in 3 months.

That defines my journey with MSFIT personal training- I was at my lowest, physically and mentally and with two countries, changing jobs, new people, food etc. I ate my way through that stress until the day I just couldn’t look at myself in the mirror. The first day at trials, I could barely lift the 2kg dumbbell. I can clean press 20kg now, three months later. Through many check-ins and weigh-ins, they showed me that to see results I had to be patient and keep on trying and to not give. Sometimes you motivate yourself and sometimes you need that person telling you you can lift yet another kilo, or do two more squats, or go a little bit longer on the bike.

“I was looking at pictures I took whilst on holiday and realized I had put on some weight and looked a little chunkier. I needed to do something about it and get back to shape since I'm hitting 40. I lost about 6kg during the training but I realized that the numbers on the scale aren't important but it's how you feel and how you look in the mirror. Fathin Nadiah

Nadiah is passionate about her work as a personal trainer and believes that fitness is important and something we should all enjoy.

Her goal is to help others achieve a sustainable way of life by helping people get fitter and move better through a range of techniques both using resistance and functional training with her specialties including post rehab exercise programming, weight loss, strength and conditioning through creative weight training & developing full fitness programs for people of all levels of fitness. She make sure she looks after you from the inside out and will put you through your paces physically.

Becoming a PT have allowed her to help her clients achieve their goals without sacrificing their happiness and lifestyle but of course with full commitment from clients. She finds her job rewarding when she see the confidence, strength and wellbeing of her clients have from training.

Priscilla Prasad

A strong advocate of strength, conditioning and mental wellness, Priscilla is all about bringing out the best in you through pushing your boundaries and embracing the power that is womanhood.

Having been through her own weight loss journey, her learning experiences has enabled her to bring out the confidence in her clients to them see themselves as top priority. She believes that having a strong mind is the first step to having a strong body.

Priscilla, coming from a culinary background, feels that it is as important to fuel your body with nutritious food as it is enjoying every tasty bite. Balance is key. She prides herself in creating effective diet plans, bringing you not only closer to your goal but ensuring you enjoy yourself every step of the way.

Her favourite exercise is a cross between a lunge and a crunch. She calls it lunch.

Ashley Ng

An enthusiast of fitness and self-improvement, Ashley strives to be a coach of both the body and the mind. With the strong belief in the union of physical fitness and mental health, she constantly helps her clients harness both into creating self-reliance, strength and worth – improving the quality of life.

Ashley is also confident that the mind and body are one, and that maintaining a holistic lifestyle is the key to enjoying the pinkest of health. She often wrestles with the concept of a reactive healthcare system being the one cure and supports the idea that a formidable mind and body is the most powerful medicine to prevent any illnesses.

Side note: she prefers to pop a squat than pop a pill (I’m sure you do too).

Sabrina Meagher

Being a mother of two and having been in fitness industry since 2006 as a jockey (Dan Meagher Racing Singapore), Sabrina specialises in strength training along with pre and postnatal exercises. She uses a variety of training techniques to keep the sessions fun, challenging and different as the individual’s skills, strength and fitness levels improve.

As a fitness coach, Sabrina is passionate about getting people from all walks of life involved in exercising to maintain a fit and healthy lifestyle while, more importantly, enjoying the process and striving for great results — not just aesthetically but for that ‘feel good’ vibe.

Sabrina is a bundle of joy and never fails to turn the gym into a room full of laughter.

She would do a LOT of burpees, for a serving of tiramisu, and advises you to do likewise.

Dayana Tan

Passionate about fitness since young, Dayana feels everyone should incorporate fitness into one’s life for a healthy and balanced body and mind.

Her programs involve strength and conditioning exercises to build clients confidence, strength, and mobility. She believes in motivating and empowering clients to continually challenge themselves in a fun and rewarding way and at the same time helping them to reach their goals.

Felicia Ang

Having spent years being overweight with unhealthy eating habits, Felicia has gone through multiple diet and exercise fads to achieve her weight loss goals. However, it led to an unhealthy mindset of fitness and obsession with numbers on the scale (a big NO-NO).

After putting in time and effort to learn the science behind how to exercise effectively and eat healthier to fuel and nourish her body, she finally achieved her goals. In other words, she was happy and satisfied with herself. But the work does not stop there; Felicia is continuously learning to improve her fitness knowledge and physique. She aims to use her knowledge and experience to help others achieve their goals too.

Felicia also believes that your fitness journey should be something you enjoy instead of dread. She is here to guide you every step of the way, ensuring that you have a healthy fitness mindset while pushing yourself to attain your fitness goals and desired results.

Rosalind Choo

After seeing people around her suffer from health problems, Rose decided to change her unhealthy lifestyle, and restart her fitness journey.

When she first started going to the gym years before, it was all with good intentions but no direction. She trained alongside a group of friends, exercising through pain and ending up gotten several injuries -- not to mention without achieving any desired results.

After having her own personal trainer, she understood the importance of having one.

Now, as a certified personal trainer herself, she understands her clients’ needs, how to handle them especially when they get overwhelmed or lose faith upon hitting a plateau or a rough patch along the way.

Nadia Tanoto Xin Hui

Nadia is what we call #momgoals. Mother of a daughter in her 20's, Nad is a firm believer in the innate strength of women, both mental and physical. She believes that most of us tend to underestimate what we're truly capable of; We involve ourselves so much in lifting others up, forgetting how much we ourselves can lift. Nadia prides herself in encouraging and motivating those around her, reminding them of the amazing energy we are gifted with, and to put our god-given abilities to good use; transforming our body, mind and spirit into their best possible versions. Nadia will bring out your inner goddess and show you how powerful and confident you can be in your own skin, with the right amount of determination and consistency.

This ambitious, role-model of a trainer has personal goals of becoming Ms. Singapore Bodybuilding under her age group (above 50s: Masters) and completing in the 400km Ultra Trail race in Italy. The mental endurance she possesses, strong-willed nature and courage to constantly be better than yesterday are qualities she aims to instill in her clients.
