I started training with MSFIT PT in October 2020 and taking this first step has been one of the best decisions of my life. I'm so much fitter, healthier, and stronger than I ever was, even more so than in my teenage years. Gotta thank the hubby for egging me on. I started off unmotivated and without a goal in sight. Then, my body started to change for the better. I used to be tired all the time, collapsing on my bed at the end of every hectic day, yet unable to sleep. Now I have so much more energy and wake up every day feeling refreshed and alive.

With my hubby’s much encouragement, I signed up for a personal trainer. I was introduced to Pris from MSFIT PT. My past injuries surfaced during workouts. She is able to change a workout to work my muscles around the injury areas. I feel stronger each week. She varies workouts each session to keep me interested. I always look forward to her sessions. Pris also gives me advice and tips on diet and how to reduce muscle tightness. She is the PT I can trust to achieve my personal goals.

I was initially hesitant to try out personal training because of the high cost and from hearing some bad reviews of PT in other gyms. But after training at MSFIT, I’m so glad I invested in this. My trainer is Super attentive and focused during training, and I love how she specifically tailors workouts to fit your needs. She has pushed me to try things that I never thought I could and has completely changed the way I train. Thanks, MSFIT!

It's Time To Feel Confident

In Your Body, Maybe For The First Time In Ages...

Seriously, ask yourself... When was the last time you felt not just good, but great, in your own skin?

And we're not talking about temporary highs like acing a diet plan just to lose interest after a week or fitting into that trendy outfit for a night out.

Feeling at home in your body means so much more.

It's about finding a way to move your body that empowers you and silences the voice that sometimes whispers you're not enough.

Imagine exercising not just to meet societal standards, but to build a community with like-minded women. To relish the sense of accomplishment, joy, and mutual respect.

Think about how that would change your perspective, your motivation, and your entire approach to fitness...

But hey, we get it.

Years may have colored your relationship with exercise. Maybe you've always felt like gyms weren't designed with you in mind.

You probably want to embrace a happier, healthier version of yourself. You know you should, but the idea seems daunting, and the notion of doing it alone is less than appealing.

We’re Here To Change Your Relationship

with exercise and create a supportive community around you.

Your first, empowering step starts by being honest with yourself and asking if any of these barriers resonate with you...
You've hopped from one workout trend to another, only to feel like you're running in circles. Or perhaps you've struggled to find a regimen that genuinely feels good, leaving you to abandon ship due to a lack of motivation.
You've given the conventional gym a try (maybe more than once!), but the atmosphere wasn't your cup of tea. You felt out of your element, and the promise of community vanished the second you put pen to paper on that membership agreement.
Your life is a whirlwind of responsibilities—work deadlines, meal preps, family commitments. It seems impossible to align your hectic schedule with the rigid timetables of most fitness classes.
You've clocked countless hours on cardio machines or forced yourself to rise before the sun for an uninspiring jog. While you might have gained some stamina, you're also accumulating boredom and dissatisfaction.
You’ve dabbled in quick-fix solutions like crash diets or '30-day shred' plans. They left you counting calories, stressing over every meal, and obsessing about the number on the scale. Any deviation from the 'plan' resulted in an overwhelming sense of guilt.
The idea of group classes appeals to you, but the thought of being the new face in a room full of regulars makes you anxious. Especially when you're not sure you can keep pace with the more experienced attendees.
Above all, you’ve lost that spark, that connection to exercise, which has dimmed your self-confidence and led you to believe that perhaps you're not worthy of feeling great…

We know this feeling all too well!

Because we felt it too.

For WAYYYY too long in our lives...

Your first, empowering step starts by being honest with yourself and asking if any of these barriers resonate with you...
(100% By Women, for Women).

When we say we understand, we genuinely do. Take a look at some of the things our MSFIT Gym members used to do because they were uncomfortable and dissatisfied with themselves. Sound familiar?

  • They'd shy away from mirrors in the gym, position themselves in the back of group classes, or skip them altogether to avoid any perceived judgment.
  • As much as they loved the idea of feeling fit, they'd decline joining any fitness event or community workout, opting instead to stay within their comfort zones.
  • They'd skip social gatherings if it meant they'd have to wear something that exposed more skin or form-fitting attire, fearing scrutiny.
  • Relationship or social activities requiring physical involvement? Forget it! The fear of judgment was too overwhelming.
  • They’d jump on the latest punishing fitness fads, restricting their food intake to unhealthy levels while spending hours doing cardio.
Even when they saw a slight change in their body, it just wasn't enough...

We knew this cycle wasn't the definition of 'wellness.' That there has to be a more compassionate way to love yourself, feel great in your own skin, and embrace (maybe even celebrate!) the unique individual you are..."

And, it begins with demystifying the prevalent 'workout myths'

affecting your perceptions about exercise and self-image...

You need to exhaust yourself to achieve visible progress
Time to shatter this hazardous myth. Being at MSFIT doesn't mean you have to push yourself to your limits every single session.

Let's say it loud for the people in the back...... It's ABSOLUTELY fine if you don't end each MSFIT session dripping in sweat or so exhausted you can barely walk. Exercise is about consistency and feeling good, not tormenting yourself.
Extensive hours are required for tangible results
A common misunderstanding, even among our community. Logging in more hours doesn't automatically translate to quicker results.

In the welcoming environment of MSFIT, it's really about taking out whatever time you can—even if it's just 10 minutes—when you're motivated and able to move.
Working out everyday is a must for weight loss
If you've a habit of scrolling through fitness accounts, you might feel that unless you're at the gym every day, you won't see progress. That's far from the truth.

What really matters is setting a routine that suits you—whether it's two, three or four days a week—and sticking to it.
 Quick fixes are readily available
Here's the reality: These 'quick fixes' are mostly illusions. Being healthy is a long-term commitment to yourself. It's not something that happens overnight.
We Believe That Being 'Fit' At MSFIT Goes Beyond Physicality—It Also Includes Fostering A Positive Relationship With Yourself, Shattering These Myths Is The First Step.
